「This place is a disgrace. There was a bed missing, there was no heating at all and no staff to fix the problems. Messages and calls to them were ignored before, during and after the stay. This hotel should not be on this platform. 」

Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. 「Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen」

「Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!」
