「Unfinished room breakfast was horrible the staff that checked me in was okay?」

「Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating, there were broken tiles and windows wouldn’t close in the bathroom. I didn’t like that pool is in the dining area. However, the food was good and Romel the driver was very nice while driving us around. I felt safe and would return here.」

「I had a wonderful experience at the AC Hotel by Marriott Guyana. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.」

「No English speaking people when checking in. There is a lack of service…. No towels when needed. Was asked to take my towel down to be washed instead of service to the room. Only one hard working person who seems dedicated but the rest were just sitting around! Noisy place at and it does not feel safe at night! I suppose they cater for a group of tourist who are no English speaking!」
