"Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Aussicht ist wirklich spektakulär und gehört unserer Meinung nach zu den schönsten auf ganz Guadeloupe. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt schon. Die Lage ist perfekt: Der Strand ist direkt fußläufig erreichbar und auch mehrere sehr gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. "I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. "The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
