"This rental is well stocked. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. The host, Brune is very cordial and attentive. She showed me where the shopping is as well as the bus stops. "I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. "A fabulous stay ! Philippe was a gem ! There was a mixup on dates and rooms reserved by hotels.com, but he remedied the situation as soon as possible with genuine care and concern. The cottages are great - everything you need, private parking, super quiet at night , lovely property, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip. "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
