And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). "Totally recommended for your stay in Guadeloupe, there is a traditional street food place at only 50m and stores on walking distance. The place has everything you need and the owner is very friendly. By bus you can go to the beach for a few euro."

"I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer.
