It would be nice if hotel bar would be open during day. It is not easy to get cold beverages and snacks nearby. We would have used this service a lot as we spent days at the beach. Also more fruits and salads (lettuce, cucumber..) in breakfast table would be super. Rooms were ok, little wear and tear and oldish but we enjoyed. Staff very nice.

Staff spoke limited English and not very friendly except Livio he was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly and spoke English and many languages. He greeted everyone there. The property is run down, food mediocre and very limited. It’s a 30 minute taxi ride to the port or airport. The rooms are very noisy. Bring earplugs.

Really rundown. The beach and pool were nice, which is why they can charge what they do, but the rest of the hotel was in bad shape and the food was a sorry affair. So glad we were there one night only until we could get into our other hotel. It would have ruined our vacation if we’d had to spend the entire trip there

The hotel is placed right on the beach with lovely views from all rooms. The bedroom was large clean and comfortable with an outside dining area on the balcony. There was also a fridge, microwave, everything if you wanted to self cater. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and a lovely view of the sandy beach. The restaurant provided a set evening meal selection which changed each night. This was not included in the price but was very good and reasonable. There is a very small food shop near the foyer and it has a very very limited selection of food. The hotel has a swimming pool with sunloungers. All areas are kept clean and tidy inside and out, including the beach area which belongs to the hotel. A really relaxing place.

Not the best I've met

When I arrived there was a dead cockroach in my kitchenware/kettle. Cleanliness isn't very good if we count that previous one as a single mistake, I think there's maybe not enough personell. Rooms would need a good scrub. Or maybe it's so worn out that it looks dirty. Service was good. Maintenance came in my room because water was coming through ceiling of lower level room; he found a leak in my rooms pipe. I asked front desk that where do I shower until it's fixed, and he said "as usual, it is not your problem". Only reason why I don't give service 5 stars is their laundryservice, which sometimes took extra time to deliever clothes. That's external business though. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Wouldn't mind cucumber/tomato/bellpepper as an addition, but at least there was different types of fruit. Service + breakfast + cockroach + other cleanliness = 2 stars For business trip next time something else for me. This should be ok for beach vacation, if you don't like to cook (again the cockroach).

We enjoyed our stay, excellent position, beach, room, etc. Our only disappointment was the lack of availability of the Internet in our room for 4-5 days. For myself, being unilingual in English the TV choices were limited and so, for 2 nights we watched Netflix movies on computer. When the internet was not working we had no entertainment choices. This marred what would have been a perfect vacation.
