「It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. 」

「I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past when visiting family. I was disappointed this trip. They no longer provide room service during your stay. No replenishing paper products, coffee, cups, or linens. No trash taken out. We stayed for 4 days and three nights. The hotel also charges you a resort fee. We were there for a funeral and had no time to take advantage of the pool, so that was frustrating to be charged for something that we could not use. The most frustrating was...

「Clean rooms, great location, however they don’t follow the agreement upon booking. They require a security deposit for any damages done to the property . Which is totally acceptable but they don’t return the deposit in a timely manner. Been over a week and they still haven’t refunded the deposit. Terrible customer service. 」
