「I really love this lofts that’s why I always stay here 」

「Everything costs extra. Room has no blow dryer, no coffee, no cups or anything that can go in the microwave. You have to take out your trash. Breakfast is very sparse - I had oatmeal in a coffee cup. There was coffee but no half and half, only syrupy creamer. Clean, quiet, nice staff but i would not stay again」

「The breakfast was terrible. Tasted worse than fast food. Not a fresh selection. I asked the housekeeping staff to make my bed three times and they didn’t make it at all. Only one elevator was working the whole time we were there. 」

「The view from our front door was wonderful. The sounds from the busy traffic on the highway right behind us, not so much. The rooms were clean and the shower was exactly as described. The downside was taking a cold shower ten minutes after getting in. The air conditioner was definitely in need of repair. When I mentioned this to the staff they stated they already knew about this and would request maintenance fix it. For the price it was acceptable but not remarkable. 」

「When we got to our room the sheets looked like they were dirty. I let the staff know and asked them to change the sheets. They made our beds but didnt change our sheets like requested. 」

「The most disgusting property ever. Roaches, cigarette holes in comforter, brown stains in sheets, dirty toilet-urine all over seat, dirty walls, dirty hall ways! Never have I ever seen a hotel this dirty and disgusting!!! Do not book here! 」
