"Very friendly and genuine staff, working hard. I was pleasantly surprised at the common areas and restaurant, almost like a full service restaurant, which I was not expecting. This is a tiny mountain top area, not really even a town, and the lodge seems to be presenting the best possible situation, for the limitations of the environment, and the recent difficult history of fires nearby. I would happily enjoy another stay!"

"Front desk staff -Colton or Colter? Was Such a good receptionist...Very smiley and professional and good attitude. So refreshing for a young man. Breakfast buffet was clean, food was really tasty and better than "typical" continental style. Lots of options for toppings in oatmeal and the Chobani Vanilla Yogurt was an special touch. The bed could have been updated -was not very comfortable. The sofa couch hadn't been cleaned very well-visible spot of something. "
