Best hotel in Cairo Best view of pyramids Great hospitality Loved every moment

The rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in downtown Cairo.

Mohamed was amazing and very welcoming. From the time we showed up to making dinner for us both nights it was amazing. Rooms were very clean,l and the entire staff was exceptional!!!

Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small. The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way. Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. They dnt pay to enter to the pyramids. They will give their fare and you wont understand it because it is in arabic. Dont...

The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

I am in love with this place!! The staff is the best I’ve seen!! So friendly, attentive, professional!! I was referred to as Mr. Adam and if I asked for anything, it was brought to my room! The Tour Manager, Gamel, is the hardest working man I have ever met!! He would personally handle any situations that came up. My wife and I had a last minute idea of a tour and Mr. Gamel was calling his people at midnight to ensure our tour was ready!! Truly a great person!! Our driver, Mohammed Gamel, is an...

Loved the hospitality, the personal touch and the helpful tips and tours they offered. I can’t wait to go and visit this hotel.

Highly recommend if you want to be close to pyramids and museum. Very quiet and great view. WiFi connection needs to be improved or get yourself a SIM card. Overall great stay and great driving service from Sphinx airport. Thank you 🙏 for everything.

I had a great stay at the Pyramids Lounge. Ehab and Mohamad were extremely helpful in setting up tours of the pyramids, sakara/dashour and Alexandria. I would have been totally lost without them arranging everything. It was safe and informative and easy for me. I even left a bag of mine in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Ehab was able to help me retrieve it! Really saved a disaster there. Would definitely recommend, price is great and the view of the pyramids during breakfast...
