"We loved the hotel, it was quiet, our room (a Superior King) was nice, spacious & clean. The bed was comfy & we slept well but I did find the room a little warm & the A/C was tricky to master & keep on for a long period. We had a great view of the Rock. A buffet breakfast is served on the 8th Floor with good views of the surrounding area. "Never fails to please. Excellent service in this classic hotel. Great location, good food. Rooms are a bit dated now and renovation is needed soon. But, a lot is forgiven because the staff are no nice."

"Hotel located is in nice area and walkable to everywhere. Quest and clean , small rooms ,really outdated and not much technology, I think renovation will help this hotel to look great in the future if owners take care of it . It’s pool on the side and bar , thank you "

"Although we were aware that the hotel was closing we still expected 4 star accommodation as that is what we paid for. The pool and terrace area were in a very bad state of disrepair and the pool area unusable. We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy.
