「The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.」

「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」

「Overall experience was good. Facilities were good. Location is also convenient just 2mind walk from the metro. With machine for washing dishes. Room is spacious with good pantry facilities.」

「Das Hotel hat keine eigene Rezeption, man muss in das Nebenhotel gehen. Die Hotels sind aber miteinander verbunden, was völlig in Ordnung war. Es gab genug Plätze in der Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Sauberkeit war allerdings ein großes Minus. Es wird scheinbar nur dort gesaugt, wo es direkt sichtbar ist.
