「Parfait」

「The owner was extremely rude to us upon arrival, so we canceled. Will never return.」

「We were there during non-peak season, staff was excellent in communicating check in and instructions. Room was super comfortable. We will definitely be going back. 」

「Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? 」

「the bar was not open place was dark. waited 15 min for anybody to ck in. smoke detector in our room would beep even after they changed batteries. pool has been out of order for awhile」

「Nice location, on a cranberry farm, with the beautiful lake across the street. The house was very quiet, and it was immaculate. Plan to stay again. 」

「Fantastic resort for winter beauty. It was very quiet and felt remote. There were no issues, but would have liked to talk to the office more about the resort, but due to the time of year and occupancy, the office hours were limited.」

「It was a beautiful place and everything and more than we expected. It is on our list of places we plan to return to.」

「We reserved the property and a few hours later it was cancelled on us. There was no way to contact the owner and the website information was horrible. The property may have been nice but we didn’t get a chance to find out. We had insurance on the property (that was canceled on us) and it took a 1 hour call to get a credit back. The property rental availability is not in sync with Expedia and made for a total waste of time. Beware!」

「We enjoyed the large open space with ample seating for all. Wide halls were also beneficial. Nothing felt cramped. It was also nice to not have carpet, made it feel even cleaner. A great place to stay for a couple days of snowmobiling with friends!」
