「My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

「Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. 」

「This was a lovely self catering apartment in a quiet location. The apartment was fitted with everything I needed and the woodburner made it warm and cozy in the evenings.」

「The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.」

「Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value.
