「Ganska eftersatt.

「The location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The kitchen had enough basic equipment, and there was also a TV. However, the room was generally not clean. The sofas were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Someone else’s shampoo was still in the bathroom, along with half-used hotel shampoo packets. There were also opened packaged food items left in the kitchen from previous guests. When I arrived around 12:00, the room was not ready and there was some confusion...

「Excellent stay in a central location. Thank you for a great week in Sarajevo.」

「The picture on the Expedia site is not the location of the property. The picture is of a bar at the corner. The bar tender seemed annoyed that I asked wher5e the property was (like it has happened before).」

「Clean inside. Spacious. Customer service responsive but disappointed that it's not allowed to cancel the 3rd day booking despite giving more than 48 hrs notice. WiFi weak in the bedroom. Poor location and suggested for winter stay. Hard to walk to the town centre if poor weather condition. 」
