「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。」

「Loved our stay! The pool and beach access was fantastic and kids loved time in the water. Lots of hills on resort and around and bring cash as several of the restaurants and pool bars only took cash. 」

Speciellt Maro Club som kryllar av barn och som ändå var så rent! Frukostbuffen var väldigt fräsch och inbjudande den också! Vi älskade vår resa! Sen finns det ändå saker som är värt att lägga till och tänka på om man ska vara extremt petig: Poolen har ingen sluttande entre. Det finns trappsteg men för vår 6...

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
