「All hotel staff professional, friendly and helpful. Receptionist provided us with a good discount on local attractions, maps and an easier alternative drive. Restaurant offer varied and chef is creative 」

「多天未有更換毛巾,就算放在浴缸內,也只是重新摺好,沒有更換, 同時位置在公路旁邊,如乘搭巴士要小心過馬路,沒有斑馬線或紅綠燈」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「很好、很新的酒店，就是holiday Inn.差一点就是holiday Inn Express,但免费wi-fi,房间里信号也很好。大家选择英国酒店的时候注意一下。」

「The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. 」

「Very friendly, nothing to mutch bother, Grounds where great for grandkids. Room was fantastic,and breakfast was great.」
