"The reception staff was friendly and considerate. "

"As soon as i got the eleveators it smelled and going to our room there were bags with trash in the hallways.The sheets on one of the beds and sofa bed were dirty and stained. I went downstairs and the young man at the front desk was nice about it and apologized. When the housekeeping went to the room they were not so nice and talking in spanish like if we didnt understand with an attitude saying nothing was dirty. Instead of changing the sheets and blankets only one sheet was left. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that i did not want to eat the "free" breakfast and ended up checking out 1 day early and going elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Very disappointed as this was a familt trip and expedia had good reviews for this place and its cleanliness, must if been fake or paid reviwes because this place is far from clean."

"This hotel is great. Lobby area has two huge relaxing areas with tvs, computers, couches, tables, comfy chairs with a nice museum feel. Rooms are cozy, a bit small, but super modern. All lights(to include color settings, mood settings, bathroom lighting), tv, blinds are controlled via user friendly ipad. One click... mood set with colored soft lighting as you see fit. Rooftop has a great view and an indoor/outdoor sushi restaurant 😋 "
