「Hot tub was not working 1st day」

「Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. 」

「Wish the sauna worked properly . It didn’t work the entire time we were there which was a bummer , but otherwise was a wonderful time, beautiful property !」

「Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. 」
