「I was in Iguazu for less than 24hrs. Martin facilitated a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the Falls and then pick me up after my excursion. The room I had was spacious, wifi worked well. I appreciated the hot water. Please carry enough cash in Iguazu.The caipirinha I had at the restaurant was a delight as well as the creme brulee. Would have loved to see the rest of the hotel in the daytime.」

「Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the general service met our expectations. However, we experienced issues with the shower temperature, which was very difficult to regulate. The staff did their best to provide temporary solutions, and eventually we were moved to another room, which solved the problem.
