"Outstanding hotel. Wonderful service. V level is definitely worth it. Half board is good value if you prefer to stay in the hotel on an evening as tge food is fabulous. The staff are so polite and friendly. A short 10 min walk into the complex of the other Valamar hotels is a great Asia Restaurant. Sunsets are magical. Our breakfast server in the V level Gav…. Was so helpful offering insightful advice on the area. He remembered our food and drink preferences every day. Worth coming back for those attention to detail moments. Number 6 bus very handy to the old town. Hint for British, you can’t buy painkillers over the counter in Dubrovnik they are pharmacy only. Game of thrones tour and Lokrum Island are worth it. "The property and ground are extremely beautiful. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. We had problems with our air conditioners during our first night, and they changed our rooms to another residence promptly and with really good service. The restaurants in the property are top notch food, particularly Veranda."
