"Just off the motorway, easy parking with wide bays. Sound insulation is good so you can’t hear the road, friendly helpful staff, hotel room was modern and clean with a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Taxi service from the hotel was excellent"

I asked for an individual bar of soap and was told none since Covid. what does Covid have to do with providing soap? 3. I asked for a wash cloth: not one in the hotel. 4. Took coffee from restaurant to room for breakfast. I received coffee first, then 5 minutes later came toast. I refused coffee and requested hot coffee."
