「One thing I was not expecting was the train being near by. A couple of times you could hear the squealing of the tracks. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to see the river from our rooms. (237 and 238). The grandkids had a good time. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.」

「Refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. The staff never fixed it and we were stuck one whole day and night without refrigeration for our food (for 12 people). They refused to bring us a big cooler or ice that day and night. When they came with another used refrigerator they wouldn't take the old one away and wanted to leave it sitting in the small kitchen. I refused that option so they put in on the deck which was small as well. Couldn't swim in the pool. It was over chorinated...

Came for July 4th weekend and was informed the pool was closed for a private event upon checking in for the day of JULY 4TH for 2-8 PM. We tried to use the pool at 8:15 PM and security informed us the event was running over and not allowed to enter. After complaining, the MANAGER OR OWNER of property called the police and asked us to vacate the property for trying to...

It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.」
