「Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. 「Highly recommend this hotel. We were 3 adults staying in one of the lofts (one bedroom and a pullout couch). The room was spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They had a variety of activities and tours offered which was also nice. The breakfast was included in the rate and had great variety. The location is perfect right in the hustle and bustle yet the room was still quiet. There was even a washer and dryer in the suite that...
