Shortly after expressing my concern, the hotel’s Guest Ambassador, Natalia, personally arrived at my door to offer a sincere apology. She swiftly arranged for me to be relocated to a more spacious room and graciously extended a complimentary dinner that same evening. What truly distinguished the experience was that the gesture did not end there—I was ultimately upgraded to a suite featuring a stunning bathroom with a centrally placed soaking tub, an indulgent and thoughtful touch that elevated the entire stay. The team’s meticulous attention to detail, paired with their genuine warmth and consistently positive demeanor, created an experience that was not only memorable but exemplary. It is rare to encounter this caliber of service in the hospitality industry, and The Osh Hotel delivers it with effortless grace."

"I stay at Intercontinentals around the world. My favorite hotel brand IHG. Usually do not have to ask for wash cloths. Few rough spots checking but after the smooth sailing."

"Staff were excellent very helpful, breakfast very delicious. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Quiet during the day but gets quite loud at night so if you don’t like that maybe this place is not for you or just use earplugs."
