「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「The room was not cleaned to Embassy Suites standards. Bathroom had mold and found broken hard plastic on the floor in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and the desk staff was very friendly. 」
