「Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!」

「Pool isn’t open. The shower curtain rod is hanging on for dear life. The flush handle is broke on toilet cut my hand on it. The tub won’t hold water. It smelled damp/moldy. Yeah for a budget hotel the other one in town is WAY better. I will never consider this one again. The breakfast I can’t rate as soon as we got up we ran out. Oh and the stairs up to the room are rusted and scary. It had just rained and they all held water so we tracked in water in room 😩」

「Nothing good at all. There was bedbugs there. I checked out after staying there for 30 minutes. 」

「The property was outstanding. It was so spacious with large living areas. The master bedroom was huge! We spent time on both outdoor decks as well as in the game room downstairs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also spacious although we didn't really use it much. The cow treats to feed the cows in the pasture next door was a surprising bonus to staying at this property. I highly recommend staying here. 」
