「Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. 」

「The Hotel should be a four star not a 3.5. The bed was hard by western standards but was able to sleep. The staff are brilliant except at the rooftop bar, which has spectacular views. Booked for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights. The interior is very good, with plenty of different types of artwork throughout. The rooms are of a reasonable size and has smoking and non-smoking floors. To lift their standards more, the bathtowels need to be thrown out and replaced with higher quality that...

「Location is excellent, directly across is Rumah Mode. Staff was helpful and polite. Lacking in the room are the following, hand/face towels, coffee and shampoo Make up of the room has to be asked daily as there were no make up rooms signs to hang outside rooms. Overall a pleasant stay.」
