"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. "Stayed for one night for a catch up with friends and a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Very well located to the outlet stores and also to the centre of Chester for food and drinks in the evening. The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. "staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight.
