「Spa is brilliant 」

「Staff were friendly. I had to ask for WiFi connection code, kettle, hair-dryer at the reception after checked in. I think these should be prepared and ready in the room.」

「Staff were wonderful. Hotel in a really great location for an event in the local area. Enjoyed it so much we booked here for valentine's day too!」

「A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.」

「We always stay here when flying from Manchester. We leave our car at the hotel and use their shuttle bus. Nice bar area, clean rooms, and we use the spa. good value hotel 」

「A very well run hotel with an eye to detail. Would recommend and would go back in the summer to use the roof top bar and pool.」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」
