「We had to call about a loud party in a room above us. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet water was running. Breakfast staff was inattentive to keeping things stocked and let the trash cans overflow without emptying them.」

「Had an interesting stay. We were on a bit of a tight schedule and didn't get breakfast when we went down at 6:15. Asked the front desk and he wasn't sure what time it was, then said to come back in half an hour. Came back later and still no breakfast. Finally found someone who said another half hour. Another group of folks were trying to find someone to ask. Anyway we eventually left to go to McDonald's. The breakfast was finally ready around 8am when we checked out. Hot tub had low jets...

「Bed was lower quality than I expected but still comfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress poking into your back. They offer FREE bottled beer and wine from 4-6 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but not the Friday and Saturday we were there. Breakfast was great but was the exact same choices every morning.」

「The room had not been vacuumed, crumbs and wrappers on the floor, beer from a previous patron was in the fridge, old food on the floor by the trash can in the hall, and the mattress sank in the middle.」

「Awesome place. Great beer, food and ambience. It is a bit loud w noise from the beer hall in front and steady stream of trains in back. The complimentary earplugs work wonders. Next time I won’t book a flight that requires me to get up at 3:30am!」

「Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job.
