「I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel...

「Grande chambre propre avec très grande douche eau de pluie puissante. Personnel tojours souriant et sympathique. Plusieurs piscines dont une très grande pour nager c'est idéal. L'eau est en plus à bonne température malgré le vent. Différents bars et restaurants sur le complexe. C'est un grand hôtel mais que ce soit aux restaurants, aux bars ou à la piscine, on ne sent pas vraiment le monde. C'est bien fait. Seul bémol, nous avions une belle chambre avec balcon mais pas une jolie vue.」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Screen door allowed me to sleep with the air off and listening to the winds blow thru the palm trees. Very relaxing. Food was good with plenty of options and beach also nice. Not a fan of the wind blockers around all the beach loungers' as it blocks the view and people are right next to each other. I like my space. Overall, I had a great time and enjoyed the resort. 」

「Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le personnel à la fois sympathique et compétent. Il y avait toujours suffisamment de transats, que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine, pour s’installer confortablement. La situation de l’hôtel, juste en face de la plage et à proximité de la petite ville de Santa Maria, est un véritable atout.」

「The location is good and the beach&deserts are perfect. As Chinese, the bacon of every morning was all my hopes. I don’t know why It was a little old or raw every time. Other food was OK. Anyway all the western food like the same thing for me, aha😂. Only the shrimp were not fresh. I can say that it was terrible. All the staffs were friendly. I like this hotel and I will come back some day.」

「Clean room, amazing friendly staff. Was checked on regularly as a solo traveller and was given substantial information on the surrounding area and places to go. Convenient location from the main strip in Santa Maria.」

「Not impressed with the room, or the style of seperate houses. We stayed at Melia Unas for 5 days their set was better, paths of tiles not gravel. I asked for a hairdryer it never came. Food was good and all the staff very helpful and pleasent. 」
