「El hotel está nuevo pero falta atención a los detalles , al hacer check in nos dieron ingreso a una habitación sucia con toallas en el piso y vasos y platos sucios. Luego corrigieron el error. Les pedí factura electrónica y han pasado dos días y no me la han enviado. 7/10」

「We have stayed here twice now and love it. Best place to watch the sunset!! The location is perfect for us as we like to stay a little away for the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco. Uber is working great now and downtown is less than 5 minute ride when you want to go. The two pools are very nice and are located near the restaurant and beach. Staff at the Tiki Bar are awesome plus the food is amazing! Breakfast is included and does not disappoint! There are several other restaurants...

「The room was large, which was nice as it allowed us to dry out some cloths from the trip. The hotel does not have laundry which we hoped that they would have so we could have a few clean cloths for our flight home. The breakfast was similar to all the other breakfasts that we had on our trip. Nothing special. The biggest problem we had was the party that was going on by the swimming pool until 2:00 am. We understood that the hotel was part of a club, but thought that there would be enough...
