The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...

「I absolutely loved this resort. We got lucky and most of our stay we were one of the few at the resort. The breakfast was amazing, I recommend the complimentary breakfast, it was HUGE and so delicious. The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Staff were all super nice and friendly. I would love this place even more if they had happy hour at the restaurant on the resort. All in all 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend this place. Close to the strip, so many food options near...

「There are not enough stars to give this property! Beautiful villas, breathtaking view, animals just out our door! We stayed 7 nights in Suite 1, toucans, macaws, kookaburras, iguanas, hummingbirds and a Pizote all viewed from our pool deck. Wonderful indoor shower that could be open to outside, also had an outside shower, private pool with lounge chairs. Very clean, grounds well maintained. Would stay here again happily, honestly it was the best part of our trip!」
