「Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.」

「The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. 「Great location , hotel staff very friendly and quick to answer any question. Disappointing that the pool wa reserved for only hotel guests and if you wanted access it was 40 euros per person per day. Also to take note the residence does not have any beach towels . Despite it all I would go back .」
