「I was under the impression this was a hotel. It is not, the desk is not manned except for a few hours a day. You have to notify the staff of the time of your arrival and then have a code to get in the giant wooden front door. There is an elevator that will fit only 2 people with small luggage and it lets you off where you still have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the property. 「This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast in room was great, plentiful and very convenient. Staff were helpful & friendly. It was very quiet, despite the central local. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.」
