「Amazing lodge to explore the Shamwari Game Reserve. While it was quite a ride to reach the lodge, every bump on the gravel road was totally worth it. The staff again like at Tsala in Plettenberg were amazing and can’t do enough to help you during your stay and after too. 「Smallish lodge with informative game drives. Staff really nice a friendly. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a couple of Hippo's hanging out the front. Food good without being over the top. Given the weather, didnt get to make much use of the outdoor area, but would be nice in summer. My only gripe is when I neede to cancel and rebook, it took almost 2 months and the commencement of credit card chargeback to get my refund (which was not disputed). 」
