「Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. Everything else is ok except the drilling / carpentry noise and shouting from the parking or next door. Thank...

「The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.」

「No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「Nature is good but manual isn’t! One bed cover was stained by moisture likely fungus of twin beds. One shower towel was red cotton on I thought was blood. They wasted her good basics! It’s poor!」
