「This place is super clean! Everybody on the staff seemed to care about the property. Can’t get better beach access. We will return! 」

「We did not use the pools but they appeared clean and others were using. The hot tub was not usable but we wouldn’t have used it. The view was great and a short walk to the beach. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again.」

「Dirty sheets. Empty breakfast before 8. Elevator should be condemned. Desk people very nice. Cleaning staff did not speak English.」

「The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. 」

「The lobby, food area, bar, along with the hallways and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained ! The staff was courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. It had been awhile since our stay at BW but we will certainly return in the near future. We have family and upcoming events in Leland and we will be recommending BW to our families and friends attending and visiting. The prices were also very competitive and very reasonable! We enjoyed the stay very much !」
