「Bathroom door was broken and didn’t slide」

「The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible.」

「The location is primo. The two bedroom suite is the perfect. The price is great and the staff are phenomenal. Only downside is that the building and suites are starting to show their age with some wear but I still choose to stay here every time I’m in Broomfield.」

「The front desk staff were not friendly upon checkin. They were talking to each other and totally ignored us as we stood there, waiting to check in. Upon check-out, at 10:30am, there was no one at the front desk. We ate breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, my wife's rye toast was moldy. Yes, moldy. It was readily apparent to us, so why the people in the kitchen didn't notice is strange. Of course they comped her meal, but it was definitely off-putting. While we might stay at this hotel...
