「Staff was very nice. I was allowed a early check in which was helpful. Someone was always at front desk to help. My friend lost her key and security was very prompt on showing up to let her into her room. 」

「Great breakfast and friendly cook, accommodating clerk at front desk... Mattress was too firm on beds for us. One was worn down and you could tell where most people sleep. The snacks were ridiculously priced. 」

「I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. 」

「The rooms were clean,pool area clean.The bed pillows are not comfortable at all.The staff was very welcoming and nice.This was our 1st time getting a room away from the casino and was very skeptical but overall it was good and we would definitely come again if needed.」
