「The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...

「Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.」
