「Absolutely will be back, enjoyed the stay.」

「The USB ports did not work and there were not enough wall sockets for our charging cords. The door was scratched up. There was no curb cut to roll a suitcase up to get to the elevator. The desk staff were very nice.」

「this was by far one of the worst "hotels" and I use that term loosely, that I've ever stayed at. the floor was absolutely filthy, everything was falling apart, the towel rack was ripped off the wall, the security latch didn't have a catch to it, the door wouldn't shut all the way unless you rammed your shoulder into it. If we weren't in Sandpoint I would have been worried for my families safety. They jacked their prices up during the soccer tournament, which I understand, all of them did. ...

「Clean room. Our room was at the far end and the outdoor stairs were broken and roped off so this was very inconvenient with a bad knee.」

「The room looked clean and the bathroom did too. However, the sheets had some stains on them and I didn't know if they were new or old stains, so I asked for new ones. The gal came and put new sheets on right away. She told me those were old stains, as she knew the room had been cleaned and the sheets changed. I believe they are trying to remodel, at least I hope so. The carpet in the hallways and main floor area desperately needs replaced, and some of the rooms door jambs need replaced as...

「Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. 」
