「Rooms were nice and clean.. But booked because of the pool, and was unable to use it, since they had construction on the pool that day, with no prior notice. That sucked!」

「My son and I had a fantastic visit to Genesis Spring Farms. The property is absolutely beautiful, the tents and beds were comfortable and Erik and Nicole were wonderful hosts. Our visit exceeded our expectations and was a perfect end to our trip to Montana and Northern Idaho. I highly recommend the farm tour and having at least one meal on site - the breakfast was phenomenal - and everything comes from their farm. We are planning to visit again with our whole family.」

「Very quiet, clean room. simple breakfast but had nice conversation with other guests, I say this in a very good way, but to me this was a very quaint communal experience. Everyone I met either with hotel staff or guests made stay very enjoyable. 」

「This property was nothing like the pictures. I immediately regretted it when we pulled in. It’s creepy and desolate. I felt like I was invading someone else’s home. It was not welcoming at all. We ended up leaving and staying in town.」

「Rundown, musty smelling property. Limited outlets in rooms with awkward placement. Breakfast is k-cups and small packaged ‘snacks’. Housekeeping not available during your stay. Had horribly rude guests next to us that talked loudly, banged into walls and played music from 1 am until 5 am both nights we stayed there. Tried to call the front desk for assistance in quieting them and had to leave a message. Sadly disappointed, especially for almost $200 a night.」

「Great place to stay on the shore of Lake Pend Oreille, and only a 3-minute walk to an excellent restaurant on the water. Sandpoint is about a 20-minute drive along the beautiful north coast of the lake.」

「Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. 」
