"The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Downside was the villa was right by a tennis court of some sort and they were having a game and were noisy late at night as we were trying to sleep. That was only the first night and the next few nights was better."

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Bathroom ( 2) very bad, old and need renovation. No kitchen tools since this one was an apartment with kitchen, if you make food you need to yse your hand. Furniture, sofa, old and in very bad condition. Not recomanded"

Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with...

Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Great service staff with smile. Breakfast comes with team staff presenting a dance/ morning exercise to energize the guests. Only gripe is the room cleanliness can be more thorough. There’s a sweet wrapper in one of the pillows. Cup has a layer of oil in it. Shower drainage allows water to back flow into the dry WC area"

"We had a wonderful stay with a complimentary upgrade to the Studio Executive Room in celebration of my husband’s birthday. The thoughtful room decoration and birthday cake were a lovely touch. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located right next to Grand Batam Mall—making shopping and dining extremely convenient"

All the dept have the synergy to updates guest what happening at the hotel.Thanks millions to all the team to made my husband birthday memorable ones. From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew. Mr. Edy from Housekeeping with his polite and always make sure the rooms are clean . Lastly Banyantree spa receptionist, May and our therapist Rose, Thalia and Rina thank you for wonderful treatment with your excellent skills. Till we meet again😃"
