「We loved this property, our view opened up to magnificent Mountain View, if you are there during lead peeping season you know that makes a difference. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the fireplace . Kind staff, they left cookies and bowls for our dog, breakfast was delicious, the variety of baked goods was perfect and the Vermont coffee provided brought up to a higher level I can’t wait to go back for a longer stay」

「I think it is one of those properties that your experience depends on where you stay. The hotel is a historic hotel with sash windows and little in the way of sound proofing. We were in the Orvis Inn and had a room next to the road at the front of the building. As such it was loud and drafty. There was no sound proofing in the room and you could hear every step of the people above. We were due to stay five nights and left after three. I think the final straw was a dog in the room above barking...

「Raymond was great at check in」

「Great place my wife and I enjoyed our stay.」

「Great staff! Breakfast was great selection, high quality and refreshed often. In addition, the extended hours of 6-10am kept the traffic backups on the line to a minimum. Easy to get to all the sites, big parking lot and food within walking distance.」

「I felt a little abandoned by the manager because she had very limite hours when she was available. The was pleasant and responsive when we did see her, but . . . Bathroom was clean and all, but design didn't allow space for a woman to lay out makeup and personal items. Very limited. Beds were very comfortable. Glad to have frig and microwave.」

「Erin was incredibly helpful and kind!!」

「Pretty landscape all around」

「Great staff, rooms and the best view」

「The staff was an 11 on a 1-10 scale」

「What a refreshing change from the typical cookie-cutter hotels! This motel has its own unique personality, with quirky charm and a different vibe from the usual mainstream accommodations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which is always my top priority. I loved that it felt distinctive and had character rather than looking like every other hotel room. If you appreciate places that are a little different, have charm, and offer a clean place to stay, this is definitely worth...

「clean and tidy, comfortable 」

「The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology」

「Really should not be considered a motel. Is a really nice B&B. Sal and Trish make you feel at home. Love it.」

「We love it ♥️」
