「I’ve stayed here before and I’m glad I returned. The staff is friendly. I ate dinner at the bar after a long day. The filet was cooked as requested and the asparagus was fresh. I made use of the pool the following morning. My stay was perfect.」

「I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy.
I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable.
A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone.

「Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. 」
