「The front desk staff is very helpful & kind. The room was old but clean. There is no aircon, just an electric fan only. There is no shampoo & soap.」

「This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.」

「At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still...
