Absolutely amazing place to stay in Banos. It is a bit far from the city centre, but I came to appreciate that right away. Banos is known for it’s adventure activities, but I think some of my favorite moments were just chilling in the hammock at La Casa Verde doing nothing. Johan was very kind and helpful in ensuring I had an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again if I make it back to Banos.

Loved the staff, the view, the amenities, everyone was so on top of everything.

Excellent service. Hotel is centrally located at. Banos close to all attraction. Has good rooms, great breakfast

A wonderful, small hotel with clean rooms and great views of Banos and the waterfall and hills beyond the town. A reasonably priced breakfast was good and served by attentive staff. All the personal were very helpful and friendly.

Excelente personal, el desayuno resultó delicioso. Toda la ciudad limpia! Un hermoso destino!

The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot.

We stayed 2 days and enjoyed this time very much. It was raining and we chose not to leave the property. There were million things to do: long swimming in the pool. The water was perfect, the music pleasing, the view unbelievable. Then there is this park with peacocks and many pleasant surprises around each corner. Then there was a huge hall with a piano. We played and then brought our iPad for the music and danced. We also took SPA procedure everyday. My husband loved his guy. My Norma was...

Estubo todo muy lindo, solo fue el dia no nos acompano para poder ver el volcan

For sure one of the premier properties in Banos and the location in front of the waterfall can’t be beat! Plus a large outdoor pool, game room, pool front bar, indoor hot tubs and spa, all first class! The breakfast buffet with the patio overlooking the waterfall is amazing too!!! I strongly recommend. We have stayed at both the outdoor cabanas and the indoor rooms. Only downside to all rooms (especially if you’re used to AC) is the lack of fans or AC. Thankfully maintenance sent us a fan or we...

El personal súper atento, el servicio es un 100/10, la localidad perfecta. Muy encantador.

Excelente servicio recomendado al 1000 por 1000

Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains.

The place it’s really good it’s very very convenient to go around the town

People were friendly. Great service. Always glad to assist
