「I was told that this facility has been in existence for 11,5 years, Staff were extremely courteous and the place looked brand new and ultra clean with clean new soft towels pillow covers, bed sheets etc. Everything is well arranged, and clean. I visited India via BLR for at least 25 times. I wish I had tried this jewel, earlier too.」

「Staff is just amazing」

「Bed coverings were smelling and had stains; hot water wasn’t available or not working. Only reason we took it is because it was close to the airport.」

「Every thing is very good Improvement need in restaurant staff ( language) and restaurant a/c」

I am very disappointed with this transaction.」

「They never informed us that thr buffet was chargeable.」

How does an International airport with a transit hotel not accept that?? Luckily I saw it listed on Expedia, so got the room via them. Anyway, I got to the room, exhausted and ready to take a shower and cool off in the air-conditioning. Well, first off, they assigned me an accessible room with an...

「I only had one night here but I really enjoyed it. The area around the hotel looks like it maybe going to get developed in the future with villas etc so it feels a little strange. But the resort, staff, rooms, food are all as good as anywhere really. Thank you 」
