「We stayed for ten days at the FS in Bengaluru. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We were very well treated throughout our entire stay by the hotel staff, lobby staff, kitchen (Cur8) staff, spa staff, etc. Our room (suite) was very luxurious, and the housekeeping did a remarkable job with nightly turnover service. 「I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve.
