「Came to see a friend breakfast was closed and the door to my room was difficult to open but room was clean staff was friendly would stay there again if I ever was to visit Albany again」

「This is our second time there our first time they didn't clean our room 2 days with request made, this time same thing the last excuse was no cleaner on staff now the same excuse, which isn't fare. We like the free breakfast lady who prepares , it's amazing one person can make come back , but we are done with this location.」

「Do NOT book this Hotel. This hotel is now a MOTEL 6 and they will NOT honor the booking and will leave you stranded with no place to stay. The place is pretty dirty and very run down. There was trash everywhere, furniture all over the 3nd floor balcony and people partying in the parking lot. No one is manning the office. They have a paper with a phone number to call.
