「The truth is I was told that the last minute that my reservation had been canceled due to some unfortunate piping that had broken so they were not able to allow me to stay there and well maybe I'm just a bit salty because I was celebrating my 55th birthday and all my family was coming so on a whim I had to make other arrangements」

「DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.
There is no staff on site during your visit. The hotel rooms are not cleaned before you arrive. No drinkable water was available. The hotel would not answer any messages we sent to them. The water would not work for hours at a time and the toilets could not be flushed. We had a member of our group fall at the property and break their arm and the hotel did not provide any assistance or guidance on how we could get to a hospital!!
DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.」
