「Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

「Good location for mall and seafront promenade.」

「Lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very quiet. The air is so dry in the rooms that it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping in. They have a bar on the top floor, when we arrived we decided to go for a drink, it was empty apart and the music was so loud that we didn't bother staying. Thankfully there are better places around the complex. Nice pool area, but unclean. Great breakfast. 」

「Everything about the hotel was excellent — beautiful interiors, clean rooms, a highly professional and welcoming team, a wonderful pool, and delicious food. The only thing I regret is not staying longer at this amazing hotel.」
