"Everything is excellent!"

"This makes for a great Ryokan experience. Staff were really helpful and you won't want to miss this Japanese onsen experience."

"Staff is nice, room is nice and there is an Onsen available."

"建物は古いが、きちんとリノベされてるし、部屋も清潔で問題ありませんでした。 お風呂までの距離は少し遠いなと感じましたが、ロビーからの眺めも良く、暗い雰囲気もないので満足です。 人におすすめしたいホテルでした。"

"期待はずれでした。 料理が、塩辛い。コーヒー苦すぎる。"

"It was a lovely visit at a place we would happily return to."

"I found it comfortable and well maintained, but a little old and could use some updating. But it’s a good value in a wonderful location!"

"We Had a great time there"

"The food was incredible and the onsen were relaxing"

"This is a ryokan where the rooms have been updated but the onsen baths are still original, as is most of the town. The staff was extremely helpful. The cooks were very accommodating for gluten and dairy allergies, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious. There are two private baths you can reserve in addition to the male and female baths. The town is cute, you can walk all around it in a half hour, plus time for soft serve and coffee."

"Nice experience Will come again next time"

"The stay was beautiful and the onsen in the back was a dream for the people out there that want something not so public. As a heads up this is kind of like a campground so you can hear others in their places and the walls of the cabin are a bit thin but didnt cause any problems or disruptions. Definitely a great stay to get away from the busy cities."

"Everyone was so nice to me, I felt like a king; and the property was so beautiful. "

"This is a very relaxing inn to stay at and I felt completely refreshed after leaving. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Do note that this is an annex to the Yumerindo Inn where the main public bath and restaurants are. However, the staff will shuttle you to the main building during certain times and are very prompt. That said the main in is a short walk away. Other than that, the rooms are impeccably clean. The private bath overlooking the river is incredible. Highly recommend staying...

"Awesome place and hideaway. Really beautiful and well designed. "

"It was an amazing experience to stay here. Traditional ryokan in such a beautiful setting. The staff was super friendly and nice, too."

"Really clean property, lovely public onsen and access and private onsen in the room. Breakfast and dinner were very good. "
